Any chance for someone to dump the BIOS chip from this card? I have one like this but someone took the bios chip out. Sadly can't find it anywhere online.

Bios chip is not needed. This was late lowcost ISA chipset with everything integrated into one chip including bios to cut cost of cards....Not sure why some cards have empty or used bios chips slots.
Mine cards works without bios chips....

OK, I will try it without the bios chip then - I sort of assumed that if it's missing then there is no point in testing the card.

Btw: im curious, can you tell us why someone in South Korea would wanted lowcost 21 years old realtek card used mostly for showing command line in servers....

These are most likely factories and manufacturers that use this old tech and when something breaks they prefer to just buy a replacement and continue the work as it is, even it costs a lot than take the time to upgrade their lines. Some industrial equipment used still need very old tech.
