Company's last chip with enhanced RAMDAC.

 

The MDRAM memory chips can be produced with non-power-of-two capacities. The most commons are MD908 (1MB) and MD909 (1.125MB).
The MD909 were quite popular because they provided a capacity of 2.25MB when used in pair, allowing a 1024x768 resolution at 24bpp.
