4MB VRAM + 8MB DRAM (SIMM). Card have also 256kB DRAM memory for Cirrus Logic chip (VGA compatibility). Max resolution 1280×1024 with 65k colors. 3 models were sold - TIGER 4 without DRAM, TIGER 8 with 4MB DRAM and TIGER 12 with 8MB DRAM.
