Card is based on RV200 core, which is 150nm die-shrink from Radeon 7000. Its using AGP 4x bus. This one is for laptops, it has some power saving features, it can downclock GPU to 66MHz, eating only about 0,5W. Card was widely used in IBM ThinkPads T40 in package which includes RAM for space saving. It has 16MB and 32MB versions. There is also version with 128-bit memory bus and 64MB RAM, this version dont have memory chips on package.
