Fake card based on GF106 core.
Card is weird mix of clocks not similar to any released original model. Its using GF106 core used on GT 440/GTS 450 OEM cards. Bios is modded, so official drivers thinks its GTX 660, but you're limited to max version 391.35. You might expect wide variety of crashes and bugs, because drivers will use optimisations for one generation younger architecture.
Compared to official GTX 660 model card has 16/24 (24/80) ROPs/TMUs, 900/1066MHz (980/6000) core/memory clocks, 192 (vs 960) shaders using only DDR3 (vs GDDR5) memory on same 192bit bus, but its limited to PCI-Express 2.0 (vs 3.0) bus. Fake have one more GB of much slower memory - 3GB vs 2GB on original. Looks like cards appeared in 2013.
